    Counseling services may require intake forms, documentation, and consent to collect information for HUD reporting and compliance.

    Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information during intake and counseling. Participation in counseling does not guarantee approval for housing, financing, or assistance programs.

    Client information is protected in compliance with HUD guidelines and applicable privacy laws.
    Personal data may be shared with HUD for reporting purposes but will not be sold to third parties.
